Shipping & Returns

We use Australia Post for our deliveries.

All parcels are dispatched as soon as possible. Sometimes this can be several days for custom orders, including stinger rigs (depending on quantity).

Delivery times for standard post range from 1 - 6 business days for most Australian locations.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking number and link to track your shipment.

PRODUCT RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted where the product is damaged and is not fit for purpose, in line with Australian Consumer Laws. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind. Please consider this prior to placing an order.

RETURNED PARCELS
If your parcel is returned to us due following a failed delivery, incorrect delivery address or uncollected parcel pickup, we are not responsible for the subsequent delivery costs. You will be required to pay an additional shipping fee (at cost) for us to send your parcel again.
